1st Kids' EE Special Leadership Clinic

1st KIDS' EE SPECIAL LEADERSHIP CLINIC_PART 1MING ONG METHODIST CHURCH, BINTULU
14-17 MARCH 2009

This is a special clinic because this is offered only to a special group of youths(aged 17-18) who were KEE trained locally in their home churches and have been helping in the local semester as Team Leaders for the past years. They have also gone through at least 2 KEE Leadership Clinics assisting as Team Leaders. They have grown up with KEE and we would like to see them better equipped so that God may use them wher1ever they may be after they have finished their studies locally. There are 11 of them for this training.

Here are some pictures of the some of the 11 selected youths at their time of Kids' EE training when they were 10 to 11 years old. They are just some of the children we see growing up with Kids' EE and into Youth EE. They are the fruits which assure us that if we care enough to invest our lives to equip and coach them to be Jesus' disciples at their young age, we will some day see them standing with us as teachers and trainers for another generation.
(These youths come from two EE churches...Miri Gospel Chapel and Ming Ong Methodist Church, Bintulu).
These pictures tell us how time passes so quickly that if we have not started anything or not invested in these lives 7 years ago it would still make a difference but definitely not this difference.

The following year, Chun Yian was coached to be a team leader. This was taken during one of the OJTs.

JiaYi, at her 3nd year with Kids' EE assisting as a team leader.

ShinYing(right) was trained in 2003 at age 9.

Today they are with us as Kids' EE Teachers/Trainers.
